Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services offered by ARIA Technologies.
- Oversee the manufacturing of products and be involved in every stage of executing the projects and products from development to manufacturing and commissioning stages.
- Achieve required quality certificates for ARIA technologies process, services and products
- Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing models of parts, materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Prepare, document and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders, and engineering specifications to ensure contract compliance.
- Develop, document, and audit practices, program quality, and metrics reporting system
- Lead, foster, and recognize the continual expansion of opportunity for specific quality improvement efforts either through team or individual ventures.
- Responsible for all aspects of all management systems including documentation, procedures and work instructions and all internal and external quality, customer and supplier audits
- Coaches, educates and trains direct reports and employees as to their impact and involvement pertaining to the quality management system
- Directly involved in the resolution of significant quality issues ensuring that appropriate cross-functional resources are engaged to address as appropriate.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement process improvement opportunities consistent with current strategies.
- Responsible for all elements of suppliers' quality, including supplier qualification, selection, supplier performance evaluations and auditing
- Design and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Perform root-cause analysis for the processes and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements
- Continually evaluate, refine, and originate, as appropriate, the policies and practices governing quality functions considering their effectiveness, correctness, proper utilization, and coverage.
- Work with Operations and Human Resources to identify training needs for employees.
- Coordinate projects to improve manufactured product quality.
- Participate in new products' development.
- Establish collection and analysis systems of statistical data to predict trends that will affect product quality improvements
- Liaison with customers' auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customers' specifications.
- Track technical assessment in the markets (after sales centers network) and ensure best practices are shared and implemented through the technical & quality management community.
- Drive non-conformity management and verify action plan effectiveness through follow-up of consumer complaints for all product categories and ensure implementation of CAPA is communicated back to markets.
- Drive monthly reviews of KPI's and contribute towards meeting the yearly business Goals for the Facility.
- Coordinate internally with Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical Support to ensure awareness to known purchased part or product quality issues.
- Perform or lead root cause analysis on purchased parts or product quality issues and work issue through containment phase of corrective action process.
- Responsible for the management of the plant's CAPA process, change control, validation, verification and SPC/SQC systems.
- Ensure calibrations/tests/adjustment of the quality control equipment.
- Responsible for setting the overall plant quality systems and being the voice of the Customer to meet their requirements and internal goals.
- Supervise the Automation Process

- Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within the team and stakeholders .
- Assist In Implementation of Quality Management system ( ISO9001:2015 )

Education
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
