Raya Foods; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Control Manager

What will you do?
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems throughout the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines for incoming raw materials, packing materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Manage and oversee submitted customer complaints related to the product's quality, along with evaluating potential solutions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to establish and maintain quality requirements for suppliers and vendors.
- Work closely with the Commercial, Value chain operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive measures and corrective actions to minimize product defects, contamination, and deviations from quality control standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and quality enhancement
- Oversee the submitted analysis regarding product shelf-life test results.
- Develop and monitor the budget for quality control activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Develop and deliver training programs about good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality control procedures for all product handling employees.
- Lead and mentor a quality control team providing guidance and performance feedback.
