Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Purpose:

Fulfilling Care department required hiring numbers through sourcing/screening activities.
- Sourcing activities using all available tools, platforms, and personal connections.
- Screening candidates' CVs.
- Evaluating candidates' English language to meet the agreed-on language bar.
- Meeting caliber's quality requirements.
- Ensuring 100% candidates' data capture accuracy.
- Managing communication and follow ups with the candidates
- Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner.

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail (zoom in) and high-level understanding of effective Resourcing process.
- Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University degree
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in mass-hiring screening and recruitment.
