What you will be doing:
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant team
• Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
• To ensure that the monthly forecasted Restaurant revenue figures are achieved.
• Ensure that all employees establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
• To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards.
• To ensure that the Outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• 2 years Previous experience in a similar leadership role in 5 star hotel resort
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• Fluent in spoken & written English. Russisa Speaking is a plus.
• Independent, responsible, initiative and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• University or hotel School graduate.
