Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Purpose, Key Accountabilities, and Decision Ownership
- Analyse business requirements of Vodafone Products & Services for both pre-paid & post-paid subscribers.
- Design & implement products & services in Charging domain.
- Own code end-to-end from design to development on charging platforms.
- Embrace automation and DevOps techniques and use version control.
- Apply coding practices such as unit testing, test driven design, writing test scripts for automation with tools such as Selenium, Unirest, UiPath and JMeter, etc
- Ensure all products & services have the highest quality & best customer experience.
- Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement.
- Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design.
- Work collaboratively in Agile team to deliver business requirements.
- Plan Charging System upgrades, expansions & integrations with different Network/IT platforms.
- Detailed analysis of business requirements.
- Approaching simple & optimum design for products & services.
- Strategic thinking in building new solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation for all products & services.
- Sharing knowledge with team members and make use of best practices.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- B.Sc. of Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- Background in computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
- Knowledge of development tools and relevant programming front/back end languages such as NodeJs and Javascript
- Database knowledge SQL and NoSQL databases
- GSM network overview.
