Job Description
Their primary role is to process design and implement creative RPA solutions for the organization. Prepare business documents and design new business processes, carefully observe business processes, and find out the potential processes that can be automated.

Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with business teams to analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a Plan of RPA strategy.
- Develop a detailed end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and identify the impacted processes, business needs, and return on investment that may be submitted for assessment and approval.
- Creating the - PDD (Process Description Document) in detail for the process to be automated and support the technical team in creating the SDD (Solution Design Document).
- Identify and give support for solution designs for production challenges and enhancements in collaboration with the business and the RPA team.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- Consider the consequences of change management when implementing new RPA processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related majors.
- Minimum of 4 years hands on experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
- Good understanding of the RPA development life cycle best practices.
- Fluent in English.
