In this role, you'll:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Executive is to build pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field. As the glue between sales and marketing - you will help us develop inbound and outbound leads and help qualify these before passing across to our field sales colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
- Identifying target accounts, profiling and engaging key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via the phone, email, LinkedIn and other social selling channels.
- Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Meet daily activity KPIs

Requirements

Who you are:
We're looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Articulate, ambitious, goal oriented and success driven

- 1-2 years relevant sales / business development experience
- Native Arabic / Fluent English speaker. Additional languages beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
