Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role promotes and sells products and services within the market, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, managing existing customer relationships and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

The role will be responsible for the following activities:

• Actively promote/push Importer’s sell-out to the local distribution network in EGYPT, focusing on: retail dealers/wholesalers (traditional trade market), Facility Management Companies (replacement market) and professional channel
• Purse sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistics,
• Achieve sales objectives within product range and assigned districts
• Maintain/develop strong business relationships with all the key players within the 2nd level distribution network in the Country
• Expand Company’s distribution network across all EGYPT with a particular focus on remote areas to improve Company’s penetration and increase market share
• Guarantee the customer satisfaction across the distribution network providing a consistent and cohesive service
• Actively support the marketing department on the planning and execution of marketing activities across the distribution chain to target different clusters of customers.
• Actively support/promote the operations of Company’s After-sales service department across the distribution channels
• Monitor activity of competitors within the distribution channels providing periodical reporting on competitors’ actions, retail prices, new products, etc and corrective actions
• Ensure the sell-in/sell-out targets are achieved on a monthly basis in line with company’s expectations/budget.
• Visit dealers to promote goodwill & resolve mutual problems

Requirements

Requirements:

• Economics/Engineering degree
• Proven 3 years+ solid sales Experience in full mix of B2B products within EGYPT’s distribution network
• Sector backgrounds within building materials, plumbing, sanitary wares, appliances, power tools, HVAC, water heating/chilling, is highly desirable
