You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

How you will contribute

You will:

- Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
- Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing
- Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking
- Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases
- Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

- Fully managing and owning the category, across all its pillars and with collaboration with many different stakeholders
- Leading RGM (Revenue Growth Management) workshops and applying this strategic thinking to the day-to-day work
- Managing sub-brand level target achievement and stocks and analyzing performance through regular market visits, retail audit and internal data analysis
- Working on category PPA, Mix, margins and profitability
- Building trade calendars across different channels to help grow the category through different strategies
- Building NPD bottom up volumes and launch plans that ensure the product's success
- Managing monthly budget and making sure it's spent efficiently
- Calculating promo ROI and expected incrementality on promotions and working on
- Managing the IBP Cycle through its many forums and accurately forecasting sub-brand level targets using different building blocks

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business

Job specific requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in FMCG with experience in trade marketing
