Job Description
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Process keeper making sure that the department approved process is followed.
- Making different kinds of plans for the project to make sure that the project will run and delivered successfully (i.e., Communication plan, risk plan, time plan, resource plan ... etc.) using inputs from different stakeholders of project.
- Continuously creates and communicates project status reports for delivery office manager and key stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- +4 years of experience in similar technology development environments to ours.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification or similar agile certifications.
- Proven experience as a ScrumMaster in software development projects.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and software development practices.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with agile project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Knowledge of agile engineering practices, such as TDD, continuous integration, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with software development technologies and processes.

- +4 years of experience in similar technology development environments to ours.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or similar agile certifications.
- Proven experience as a Scrum master's in software development projects.

- Ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Experience with agile project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Familiarity with software development technologies and processes.
