Role Purpose:

We are on a mission to build a world class Cyber Security business that champions customer experience, delivering an innovative, integrated & comprehensive portfolio designed for Enterprise, SME, and mid-market customers. Cyber Security Value Added Services is a key pillar in our strategy to help us in this space.

To realise our ambition, we are looking for a Product Manager who will drive and be responsible for delivering elements of the Cyber Security Value Added Services portfolio plan and will work directly with Go To Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run functions in both Group and local markets to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives.

You will help drive the expansion of our Cyber Security Value Added Services footprint into market across the Vodafone footprint. You will be curious about the ever-changing market in which we operate, and you will be continuously:
- Engaging with Vodafone's technology vendors, the Analyst community (e.g., Forrester; Gartner) and, of course, our customers.
- Working collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver elements of the Portfolio plan.

As a Product Manager, you will be commercially strategic, and within a short period of time you will be expected to understand how our Cyber Security Value Added Services are a game-changer for our customers.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
- Collaborate with other Portfolio Heads, Marketing, Group Enterprise, Group Technology and OpCo's to build market leading capabilities based on opportunity and demand.
- Obtain commitments from relevant stakeholders regarding delivery and testing.
- Support Industry analyst briefings and submissions for Cyber Security value added services.
- Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation.
- Develop and implement product strategies for Vodafone's cyber security product portfolio, based on market research, customer feedback, industry trends and Group Product Strategy
- Drive product development and manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product development is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Work with existing and new Security Partners to develop the security offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Owns product pricing strategy & reference pricing, establishing suitable product differentiation, value-add & execution strategies to underpin product's success.
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams to understand customer needs and feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working with Vodafone Senior Leadership where necessary to ensure visibility and alignment of local product roadmaps and to secure funding for new product creation or product enhancements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, and drive product roadmap and prioritization decisions based on data and customer feedback.

Requirements

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and solutions, and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of driving product growth and success and achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
- Knowledge of Network Security, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Application Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, SIEM.
