Job Brief

Senior Payment Officer
The Senior Payment Officer is responsible for supervising the payment of all dues, franchisor payment, critical supplier payments, control over all payable accounts and payment etc.to ensure obligation are met timely and financial obligation are available timely and accurately.

Senior Receivable Officer
The Senior Receivable Control Officer is responsible for supervising the maintenance of cash & receivable, Receivable proceeds are collected & recorded within the agreed KPI's, Receivable and bank ledger are reconciled, receivables are accurately recorded in proper receivable ledger, KPI's are respected and enforced...to ensure information availability and accuracy.

Senior Cash Control Officer
The Senior Cash Control Officer is responsible for supervising the maintenance of cash & receivable, Sales proceeds are collected & recorded within the agreed KPI's, cash and bank ledger are reconciled, receivables are accurately recorded in proper receivable ledger, KPI's are respected and enforce to ensure information availability and accuracy.

Senior AP Non-Merchandise Officer
The Senior AP Non-Merchandise Officer is responsible for supervising the maintenance of account payable data, ensure supplier ledger are reconciled and invoices are recorded accurately and in proper ledger account, duplicate invoices are monitored and avoided, KPI's are respected and enforced... in order to ensure information availability and accuracy. Senior Reconciliation Officer The Senior R econciliation Officer is responsible for maintaining balance sheet reconciliation of ARC, ensure accounts are reconciled & manage the age of unreconciling items within the agreed KPI's, balance sheet are reconciled and closed shops ledger are cleaned in order to ensure information timely availability and accuracy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree is a plus
- 4-6 years of experience is a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
