Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role purpose:
- Own monthly dashboard reported to region CTO regarding technology strategy progress per market, Responsible for OHP submission monthly cycle, Verify with the OHP Admin that the new submission is open to all the markets, Send out a communication to the markets with deadline, any specific indication, possible new KPIs, something to highlight
- Manage the business reporting process and timelines, to collect markets' implementation KPIs in timely manner aligned with budget calendar and finance stakeholders.
- Support CTO office queries
- Track Technology strategy implementation and KPIs reporting by doing benchmark & drive actionable insights.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Deal with each market to get the needed data and confirm data integrity.
- Support markets with KPI definitions and clarifications when needed.
- Support markets with Oracle HP KPI uploading and retrieving when needed.
- Support markets in troubleshooting tools usage when needed.
- Make sure that markets provide monthly submissions complete and on time.
- Support CTO office queries

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Good understanding of network planning topics
- Communication and ability to influence. Good customer relationship management skills to interface with all VF markets. Both Technical and non-technical audience.
- Experience in projects delivery and process management.
- Good team player:
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Communication & Coordination, Strong verbal, and written communication skills for effective collaboration with different stakeholders

Requirements

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University degree preferably in engineering
- Data analysis, expertise in analysing data sets including identifying trends, anomalies and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- KPI Development and Management: deep understanding of key performance indicators, how to develop, track & simplify.
- Project Management abilities: Competence in managing diverse activities (recurrent, quarterly , ect...)
- Expert report generation: Able to create detailed, accurate and insightful reports including data visualization techniques for effective communication of findings.
- Familiarity with specialized tool for submission and dashboard management
- Strategic problem solving, ability to identify problems, analyse potential solutions and implement the most effective solution.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges, changing environments and evolving Job requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile network, with preferable experience in Transmission and core domains.
