Job Description
- Identifying and analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Gather and document requirements and create functional specifications for development teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
- Perform data analysis and develop data models and workflows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures
- Review the training material and user manual and conducts package specific training for the client.
- Develop and review the SOW (statement of work) before signed.
- Evaluate vendors with collaboration with the Pre-Sales team.
- Participate in the initiatives and R&D if needed.
- Review/Compile the compliance Matrix to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed IT platform and submits presales team to compliable in the overall proposal.
- Conduct awareness session to the project team to explain project scope and objectives.
- Review all the TO BE processes and applications requirement deliverables developed by the Software Architect to ensure technical soundness, adherence to the project scope and meeting the customer expectations.

- Excellent command of English

Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering products to the market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with product management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A passion for innovation and the ability to think strategically
- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA and Trello.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying databases is a plus.
- Experience in using data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools, such as Rational DOORS and ARIS.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).
