Position Summary

- E&T Specialist is responsible for training, coaching and assessing people within own Unit on E&T.

She/he is responsible for:
- Capability building and knowledge transfer of E&T methodologies and practices through training, coaching and assessment activities within own Unit. Has indirect responsibility of E&T End to End SPOCs.
- Ensure execution of the End to End Training cycle: Budget proposal, Training Needs Analysis, Partnering with training providers, Training and learning Strategy, Training Catalogue and Execution.

A day in the life of

- Participate as Pillar Member in the Market/Nestle Global Business Services according to Pillar governance
- Implement, Develop E&T training, coaching and assessment strategy and framework as developed by the Master Pillar and according to the center's priorities
- Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer E&T knowledge to people within own Unit or end to end
- Perform regular E&T assessment to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching and knowledge sharing
- Drive and manage competency gaps closed on a quarterly basis
- Promote and align methodology and approach, including E&T Pillar benchmarking and exchange of best practice sharing with other Nestle Business Services Center/Nestle Global Business Services
- Manage key stakeholders and ensure consistent, clear communication on E&T within own Unit
- Manage and monitor execution planned training
- Monitors seat utilization during training and inform immediate manager should there be no show
- Establish Training and Learning strategy in alignment with Training Needs Analysis and close partnership with Talent Management
- Create training programs in iLearn, attendance and training catalogue

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree in B. Comm/Admin/Human Resources or Psychology
- 3-5yrs experience in training and learning, preferably in a similar industry
- English/Arabic is a must
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical Skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning tools (Ilearn)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach others
- Good project management and programme management skills
- Ability to enable results through others
- Bachelor's degree in B. Comm/Admin/Human Resources or Psychology
- 3-5 years experience in training and learning, preferably in a similar industry
