Job description / Role
- Develop top notch creative designs and dynamic content for campaigns in sync with brand’s identity and guidelines.
- Manage and execute monthly calendars content for social media, digital marketing, ATL and BTL campaigns with the team
- Responsible for the entire process of Brainstorming, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, artwork adaptations on printed and multimedia mediums.
- Coordinating production and printing of collaterals to ensure delivery of best quality
- Working with a range of media, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Motion Graphics, Video editing software whilst keeping up to date with emerging technologies;
- Meet with internal stakeholders to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the task/design to be developed.
- Managing and maintaining a content database of all online and offline marketing materials and assets.
- Create new brand identities and branding guidelines for new companies/brands.
- Work on creating strong brand campaigns both offline and online marketing channels
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs and Branding.
- Using innovation to redefine a creative brief within the constraints of cost and time;
- Weekly and monthly reporting meeting with Group Marketing Manager
- Daily/Weekly collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – specialization Graphic Design, ART, Advertising
Experience:
- 4-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design/ Motion Graphics/ Content Creation
- Past experience in advertising agency
Knowledge:
- Printed materials Design
- Events/promotional Items
- Social media content
- Basic Web designing
