About the role

The International Presales Enablement (IPSE) plays a key role in providing solution design & validation support to presales & consulting teams across the regions and territories within International Zone and is looking after Global Presales Practice for all International Presales professionals. For IPSE to provide solution design support to presales it coordinates and offer unique expertise in different domains in support of Orange Business Strategic Value Propositions (SVPs).

The IPSE Incubation team is positioned to enable introducing, developing, and migrating new solutions for International. The team is focusing currently on Digital Twin (DT) and innovative network solutions such as Network Digital Twin.

IPSE Incubation team is looking for a Senior Network Digital Solutions Consultant. The ideal candidate should present a strong set of technical skills around data networks & automation solutions. You should possess a proven experience in consulting led activities & customer engagements. You will play a pivotal role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, leveraging your expertise in digital twin technologies, network innovation, and automation to enhance our clients' network operation experience.

The Senior Network Digital Solutions Consultant will contribute actively to the introduction of new innovative solutions and facilitate the offering of competitive and game changing proposals. You should contribute to increasing Orange Business International pipeline and win ratio. You will provide digital skills for tomorrow in strategic domains and new tech skills for the future to drive value for our customer. As well, develop a learning culture and knowledge. Being part of the team, you will support the growing demand from our customers in different regions in the areas of Network Digital Twin and Netdevops. You will lead and support presales and post-sales activities for our strategic customers and strategic deals.

Main activities
- Establish technical feasibility and perform qualification of the potential technical deployment.
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to network innovation and automation.

Contribute actively to the international bid process providing support at different stages (including; consultancy via early engagement in qualification phase, design activities, validation and costing, proof of Concepts and due diligence)
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of Network Digital Twin tools, emphasizing automation capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimizing network operations using digital twin insights and automation with clients and leads.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) implementations to showcase the feasibility and benefits of innovative network solutions.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the benefits of Network Digital Twin solutions, emphasizing innovation and automation possibilities.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Connectivity and Digital Twin services. Provide recommendations for their adoption while developing solution design and in alignment with Product Marketing.
- Ensure capitalization of repetitive proposed solutions to expand presales community capabilities

- Does not have direct reports, but has responsibility for cross-functional management while leading opportunities with global teams in different regions from consulting and presales perspectives.

- Strong understanding of networking and security solutions and vendors

Certifications:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, VMware) Network Automation certificates is a plus

Qualification:
- 7+ years' experience as a network solution consultant in a networking company Strong understanding of network architectures, protocols, and technologies. Working Knowledge of Network Digital Twin platforms is a plus Working knowledge of API-driven workflows and scripting languages (Python, bash, jq, graphql, etc) is a plus
