Job Description
- Collaborate with the direct manager to define and update company business processes, ensuring relevance and efficiency.
- Analyse existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the design of future-state processes, considering opportunities for system enhancements and workflow optimization.
- Execute process changes and provide recommendations for system adjustments.
- Secure stakeholders' alignment, obtaining necessary approvals from management and leaders, while collaborating closely with Quality Assurance (QA).
- Act as a central point of contact (SPOC) for business users, addressing inquiries and facilitating enhancements.
- Establish a feedback framework for QA to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall process effectiveness.
- Conduct engaging process awareness sessions to ensure understanding and compliance among stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with the QA team to release processes, ensuring meticulous document control.
- Facilitate smooth handovers of processes to QA for day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Drive the refinement and updating of existing processes, aligning them with changing business priorities and objectives or responding to feedback from QA and process owners.
- Foster collaboration by participating in committee discussions with representatives from Business Process Management (BPM) and QA to agree on process releases or updates.
- Develop and agree upon a comprehensive Roll-out Approach for the smooth implementation of process releases or updates.

Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or Project Management.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Six Sigma Certification is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Projects.
- Familiarity with system updates and workflows.
