Raya Information Technology: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring for Senior Security Engineer

What will you do?

- Follow the project tasks plan for deploying the installations tasks upon the agreed plan & Scope of work in light of Raya's standards
- Perform professionally the project(s)' Configuration as per its LLD and according to Raya standards
- Manage well organized tasks' assignment & know-how transfer to junior engineers
- Respond professionally to the dispatched Customer Calls within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement
- Conduct efficiently troubleshooting & solving problem(s) (Level 2) within the time agreed on the SLA.
- Follow the Escalation Matrix if the problem is of a higher level or still persists
- Commit to conduct the testing process as per acceptance criteria
- Follow up and monitor junior engineers' performance and, by turn, efficiently reporting to team leader
- Report accurate technical activities to Security team leader
- Follow the proper escalation matrix if the Problem still persists & efficiently troubleshoot and solve the escalated problems (Level 2) within the time agreed on the SLA.

Requirements

Skills

- Bachelor degree with B.Sc. in Communications or Computer Science Bachelor degree with B.Sc. in Communications or Computer Science - 2-4years of relevant experience
- Excellent Hands-on experience on a variety of security products including firewalls, IPS, IDS, URL filtering, information security and virus protection.
- Good familiarity of the latest security principles techniques and protocols.
- Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
- Very Good Knowledge of Technical reports writing.
- Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices in a timely manner
- Perform support and consulting of the company's personnel about security incidents and measures
- Excellent experience of building and maintaining security systems
- Liaising with vendors to implement security solutions
