Senior Specialty Leasing Manager - Cairo Festival City (Mall) - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Cairo
The Senior Manager - Specialty Leasing’s primary responsibility is to maximise incremental income and diversify Cairo Festival City Mall’s revenue streams. The Senior Manager - Specialty Leasing will actively contribute to the achievement of the business target through the successful implementation of a competitive and innovative specialty leasing programme.
In this highly visible role, the Senior Manager - Specialty Leasing will lead the strategic direction for their team. Key duties will include creating and sustaining the targeted merchandising mix with the goal of driving increased income from Retail Merchandising Units (RMUs) long and short term kiosks, temporary in-line stores (TILS) and vending, including ATM’s. Other duties will include continuously exploring and developing relationships, and ultimately new revenue streams through senior level networking with retailers, exhibitors, media and sponsorship partners.
This role will manage a team of 3 direct reportees - 1 Specialty Leasing Manager, 2 Specialty Leasing Executives and will report to the General Manager and will be based out of Cairo Festival City, Cairo, Egypt.
Requirements
The person should have a demonstrable track record of success in senior retail leasing with at least 5 years in a leadership or a managerial role. Someone who has worked on development and Implementation of a Leasing Plan and Strategy along with extensive experience in competitor and market analysis from a large asset would be ideal for this role.
