Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a senior supervisor (Quality Assurance)

What will you do?
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, along with providing potential solutions to these problems.
- Responsible for handling customer visits and reviewing customer's feedback.
- Perform a GAP analysis between the actual and desired management systems.
- Responsible for quality audit handling and providing all the required documents.
- Responsible for providing training for blue and white collars about quality principles.
- Establish quality assurance and food safety plans for the production lines.
- Supervise the adherence to quality standards throughout the receiving, production, packaging, and laboratory processes.
- Review and evaluate suppliers' operations in accordance with the specifications and contracts.
- Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive measures taken to address points of non-conformity.
- Oversee the tests conducted on the products by the laboratory.
- Guide and supervise the quality assurance team.
- Be updated with industry trends and quality assurance best practices.

- FMCG experience is preferable.
- Strong awareness of the ISO standards.
- Be certified with ISO 22000, BRC ISO, IEC 17025.
