Job description / Role
- Business partnering with hiring managers and department heads to identity their department needs
- Identifying the best solutions for sourcing suitable candidates
- Running a successful and efficient process for the screening, interviewing and assessing shortlisted candidates.
- Lead the end to end hiring process from sourcing until on boarding
- Working on building a strong talent pipeline
- Staying up to date with the market and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment position
- Worked in large Multinational Companies with matrix organization and complex recruitment processes
- Ideally comes from Healthcare, Medical Devices, Nutrition or FMCG Background
- Knowledge of the Egyptian market and exposure to the greater Middle East Market
- Experience in Mid Level to Senior Management hiring and mostly in commercial vacancies
