About the role
Purpose of the job
ERP system SCM functional consultant who can support us in the following areas:
- Setting up and configuring the SCM system according to the business requirements
- Customizing forms and reports using forms personalization
- Analyzing business processes and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
- Preparing UOM documents and ensuring compliance with standards
- Conducting CRP's and UAT's to validate the system functionality and performance
- Covering SCM modules such as Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle iProcurement, Cost management, and Order Management
- Uploading master data
- Managing custom solutions and coordinating with developers and vendors
- Training end users on how to use the system effectively
- Integrating the system with third parties.
Duties and responsibilities
As an Oracle EBS functional consultant , you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Oracle EBS systems and applications on a daily basis, resolving any technical or functional issues that may arise.
- You will perform business process analysis and design, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, and proposing solutions that align with the business objectives and requirements.
- You will participate in the closing activities and issues, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial data and reports, and complying with the relevant standards.
- You will collaborate with the project teams and stakeholders, providing your expertise and support on the ongoing projects, and contributing to the successful delivery of the project outcomes.
- You will advise and coach the users on Oracle EBS best practices, sharing your knowledge and experience, and facilitating the adoption and utilization of Oracle EBS systems and applications.
- You will lead and enhance the existing customizations scope to fulfill the business needs
- You will be the guide of the planned and new developments for SCM models and collaborate with the apps developers to extract the ideal product.
- You will be required to be the main responsible contact for oracle support service tickets (SRs) during the actions plan to be finally closed.
- Collaborate with the apps developers to provide the documents of required (Reports, Forms, Alerts, etc.) as a major in front person with the business users.
- You will be responsible of all SCM integrations backend programs.
