Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the job

Providing Technical consultancy needed to all sales team members in sales calls, visit and attack competitors accounts with competitive offers in business solutions area while supporting any Technical requirements needed on site for any Orange corporate account.

Duties and responsibilities
- Produce responses to requests for information and pricing
- Work with sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
- Liaise with product managers and development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.
- Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Management/Product Development
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by maintaining rapport with current accounts through regular visits; evaluating service level, identifying and resolving problems, escalating problems for appropriate resolutions, notifying senior management of potential service failures.
- Meet Pre-sales targets by maintaining customer list, discussing progress with Sales Manager, identifying obstacles in closing agreements; developing solutions to improve closing ratio.
- Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands.
- Responsible for staying well-informed of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management and Development on an on-going basis to stay current.
- Attend conferences and work with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/requirements/regulations/Technology and understand where the market is going.
- Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by understanding new technologies; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Develop & build a strong business relationship with all corporate customers to keep & maintain their loyalty to Orange.
- Submit all required reports that summarizes their activity on weekly basis.

Requirements

Job specification

Education
- University Degree of Faculty of Engineering, Communication department or Computer science.

Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field.

Skills and Abilities:
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good English language, both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
