About the role

Job Description

Accountable to manage and monitor different Milestones, KPIs and Revenue Figures of EEMEA Service Transition and Business Operations, along with ensuring compliance of service implementation KPIs and processes within different EEMEA LDM clusters.

Job includes:
- Track and monitor Service Implementation performance trends and figures.
- Ensure KPIs are met by initiating and leading and deploying improvement projects across all LDM clusters within the EEMEA region.
- Establish/Maintain interlock channels with delivery chain counterparts (PM, TDT, TIM, Supply Chain and FOIS ops) to address LDM concerns, making delivery process smoother and more efficient.
- Represent EEMEA ST in transformation projects and workshops initiated by GPO teams.
- Handle escalations received and support LDMs whenever needed acting as a technical escalation point.

Requirements

About you
- Strong knowledge of Service Implementation Processes, way of work, and KPIs.
- LDM/QCM role for 3-5 year will be a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, written and oral.
- Excellent time management skills & prioritization of actions.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of technical developments in the industry.
- Project and Program management skills are essential.
- Business and data analysis skills and tools is a plus (excel, PowerBI, powerpoint, etc...).
- Experience of 3 years minimum in a relative scope/role.
