Key Accountabilities

Overview
Strategic Program Management:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic programs.

Culture Transformation:
- Lead cultural change initiatives to align the organization with its vision and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Implement programs to strengthen employee engagement and commitment.

Mega Program Oversight:
- Manage large-scale, high-impact and long term programs from initiation to completion.
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep mega programs on track.

Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Resource Allocation:
- Optimize resource allocation for programs to ensure efficient use of time and budget.
- Work with HR and other departments to secure necessary resources.
- Balance competing priorities to meet program goals.

Performance Measurement:
- Develop and implement KPIs to assess the success of programs.
- Regularly evaluate and analyse program performance against established metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Change Management:
- Implement effective change management strategies for programs.
- Address resistance and support teams through transitions.
- Foster a change-ready culture within the organization.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities

Communication and Reporting:
- Create and deliver clear and concise reports to senior management.
- Communicate program updates, milestones, and challenges regularly.
- Facilitate transparent and open communication within the team.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Encourage a culture of innovation within program teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements

Role Qualifications
- 5+ years of project/program management experience or relevant role
- A blend of strategic thinking, leadership, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
- Fluent Spoken & written English Language
- Proven record of excellent communication with multi stakeholder in mega projects " including SLTs"
- Good decision-making skills, high communication skills and sense of ownership
- Leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent project management skills and experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a Customer-cantered approach
- Great organizational and business acumen
- Great use of structured approaches and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Presenting skills
- Excellent Presentation design and story building skills
