What you will do
We want you to develop our strategic recruiting programs, fill open positions with the best candidates, and drive the recruitment process.
- Identify, recruit, and qualify Oracle's top talent in Middle East and North Africa/MENA region.
- Target candidates and recruit talent at all levels up until Senior Director.
- Create and implement strategic recruitment and resourcing programs.
- Lead the full recruiting life cycle, including screening, interviews, and offers, across various lines of businesses in MENA region.
- Find top talent using internet sourcing tools, networking, and research.
- Meet hiring goals and build outstanding candidate experiences.
