About the role

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Calling through a list of current and potential clients to collect data to measure customer satisfaction.
- Answering customer inquiries.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Entering detailed call logs for others to read and understand.
- Maintaining records of customer contacts.
- Maintaining records of survey responses.
- Following up on previous customers.
