Job Description
- Sell retail products, goods, and services to proper customers to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customers to find what they want by having sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features toensure a smooth sales process.
- Build strong relationships with customers to develop long-term customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives in the store to provide the customers with the highest level of quality.
- Follow up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
- Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of
- customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our System tools
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence.
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programmers, and activities over digital platforms.
- Review customers'concerns, needs, and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buyingproducts online
