Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Telesales Specialist

What will you do?
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound email campaigns and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads by actively listening to customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Present the features and benefits of our golf carts and aftersales services, accessories with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Support CRM team Via Inbound calls & outbound calls.

Requirements

What will you need?
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems
