Raya Trade is Currently hiring a Trainer
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on retail sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as role-playing, workshops, and online resources, to maximize learning effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates and inspires retail representatives.
- Handle Retail training budget
