We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Vendor Support Supervisor to grow the EG Retail business. This position is chartered with leading a team of Vendor Support Specialists who are responsible for developing and managing Amazon EG suppliers to grow and support their ongoing business. The role will also be ultimately responsible to identifying and building relationships with existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to support the suppliers’ eventual success.
• Drives opportunities for efficiency through daily team observation and process follow-up
• Conducts supplier interaction audits with Specialists and provides technical and process coaching to improve performance
• Monitor real time service levels and schedule adherence
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature or complex problems
• Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects.
• Responsible for productivity and quality of the team - provide individual coaching feedback sessions, and have weekly one-on-ones with team members to improve performance and quality
• Active participation in building the team & raising the bar in hiring process
• Work closely with stakeholders for each business to ensure that their expectations are being met & surpassed. Bring in thought process while ensuring that SOPs and reporting mechanisms are set in place with execution efficiency
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor's degree is required. Ideal candidates must possess from 2 to 4 years of successful enterprise class sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce, finance, retail technology.
• Candidates must have superior communication and presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very passionate about success and winning.
• Polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of excel
• Experience in people management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-4 Experience in Retail and preferrably in e-commerce
