About the role

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing target revenues and profit targets, product development/enhancement, product management and profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Support in developing Oranges Roaming strategy and develop the partnerships with global & local partners and ensure optimal response to market changes and trends.
- Work closely with the Roaming Sr. Manager to prepare the business plan in line with the strategy and based on assumptions/ forecasts/ analysis of traffic, rates, demand, forecast revenue, and ensure alignment with the overall organization strategy.
- Build commercial strategies development and tactics to optimize wholesale roaming relationships
- Responsible for P&L and entire lifecycle of the wholesale roaming relationships to contribute to the delivery of the wholesale synergy effect target and assigned group's wholesale budget responsibility.
- Negotiate, secure, lead and implement roaming wholesale IOT (Inter-Operator Tariff) discount deals with roaming partners
- Negotiate Roaming deal to support orange retail offers against competition.
- Manage Orange Group deals with unreachable destinations
- Contract management to grantee orange Egypt rights & liabilities
- Manage the visitors and Roaming settlements with partners
- Build the business strategy for the IDD business to deliver the YOY growth targets for the business.
- Review continually all IDD tariffs and revenues to assure a competitive and profitable service.
- Negotiate Int'l incoming deals with strategic countries and Operators to maximize revenues.
- Contract management to grantee orange Egypt rights & liabilities
- Manage settlements with carriers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized university.

Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the same field.
