Technical Services Manager for Private Island in Fiji!

I am currently seeking a Technical Services Manager for a luxury resort in Fiji. The technical Services Manager will ensure that all maintenance and utility services are operated reliably, efficiently and to the highest standard of the World Class Resort.

The resort is located in Fiji and the successful Technical Services Manager will be responsible for a large team and will report into the Director of Back of House.

* The suitable candidate will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the resort ensuring they work closely with all resort departments to implement and strengthen preventative maintenance programs. We are looking for a candidate that can create and implement workshops to develop staff within your team.
* This role will suit a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within a construction and facilities management field. You will also be well experienced with finance, budget controls, contract management and procurement.

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in construction, facilities management and operations, technical services, including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineering
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in business finance, budget control, contract management, estimations and procurement
* Education minimum High School, Engineering/ Management Diploma and relevant Trade/ Skills certificates
* High level of computer literacy with focus on work order processing and engineering/ architectural software
