Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Develop and support clinical relationships with key opinion leader physicians
• Working alongside ASD’s, RSMs, TRS Reps, and distributor principles, provide clinical and scientific support assisting in the conversion of target surgeons and clinicians
• Work with VP of Sales Operations and Training to support in-field and headquarter training initiatives
• Support field based training medical education events
• Attend clinical congresses where OI Surgical and Sports Medicine is exhibiting or presenting data to provide scientific understanding in the exhibit area

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales, clinical or related degree; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years in sales or marketing preferably in medical device
• Strong science and biologics acumen
• Experience in C-Suite discussion and negotiations in the medical field preferred
• Understanding of reimbursement and other economic issues affecting customers
• Ability to obtain clinical, procedural and product expertise
• Ability to work with sale representatives and sales leaders to accomplish stated sales objectives
• Ability to lead surgeon and staff cadaver-based clinical training
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents, including published clinical data and product specifications, indications and contraindications
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
• Ability to travel up to 75%
