Job description / Role
ConSol Partners are looking for a Siebel Consultant for an initial 6 month engagement.
You will be expected to lead the project and be a senior member of the team offering management and mentorship to junior members of staff. You will be very strong with Siebel and will have demonstrated this within a telecoms environment, ideally within a a busy/fast paced Call Center/ Contact Centre/ NOC type.
Requirements
You must have:
- At least 3 years experience with Siebel.
- Working experience with Siebel 8.x is preferred
- Migration/ upgrade from version 7.x is preferred
- Telecoms experience
- Project Management/ team leading experience required
Knowledge of the following areas preferred:
- Order management and orchestration
- Products and pricing
- Asset Management
- Pipeline management
- Service management
- Call centre functions
- CTI
- Marketing & campaign management
- Partner management
- Siebel data model
- Siebel EAI
This role is based in Saudi Arabia and is offering a competitive rate for the engagement. It is initial 6 month contract with likely extension.
