Architect - Airport - Design - Hong Kong
The Responsibilities:
• Assists in the preparation of and/or prepares drawings, specifications, cost estimates, reports, contracts and requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Designs, conducts and manages specialized studies; identifies alternatives and makes recommendations.
• Manage large terminal definition and design projects
• To design, co-ordinate, manage and is accountable for maintaining the design integrity of airport facilities.
• You should have expertise in creating comprehensive architectural designs / environment, plans, layouts & working drawings to ensure execution of projects within time and budgeted parameters.
• Co-ordinate and manage the timely and effective resolution of design failures..
• You must take overall control of the projects with respect to design quality cost, time & execution is concerned.
Requirements
Must be qualified with an appropriate degree/diploma and be a Registered Professional Architect.
10+ years of experience with planning, design and management projects at large hub international airports.
Planning and design of airport terminal buildings at commercial service airports.
