Senior Customer and Business Analytics Officer (1 year contract) – Hong Kong

An excellent opportunity has become available to develop your career within a reputable insurance company in the APAC market. Our client has a strong presence in Hong Kong and is currently looking for a Senior Customer and Business Analytics Officer to join their marketing team.

This role will be on one-year contract with them for further renewal. The successful candidate will support the sales, finance and marketing teams by providing data and insights into customers and the market. Further, you will be responsible for development and implementation of various customer strategies in General insurance, Life insurance, employee benefits, MPF and ORSO.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Proactively perform competitor analysis to identify their customer strategy and internal segmentation
• Analyse customer and channel behavior and develop campaign to increase the market share Develop opportunities for cross selling and customer retention strategies
• Develop an understanding of the business and industry, from a sales and marketing perspective, and make recommendations to drive profitable sales growth•
• Conduct data validation, ongoing tracking and enhancement of market segmentation and models to maximize customer experience
• Perform User acceptance test to support data enhancement.
