Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Identify, develop, build and maintain commercial relationships with Business Partners and Stakeholders through strategic-operational planning and negotiations to enhance business proposition and increase revenue.
- Analyse the performance of Corporate Clients - Key Stakeholders and deliver monthly updates and recommend actions to fulfil targets.
- Be the key point of contact for national corporate accounts for the stations in India. Support the yearly Revenue calendar including tactical offers to boost sales and achieve Corporate KPIs, wherever possible. Work with relevant sales managers and Corporate Communications to identify weak travel periods where corporate sales can be stimulated.
- Monitor revenues-costs relating to this area and assist the sales management team in the annual marketing plan and budgeting process.
- Research and track Commercial Partnership activities, recommend and implement changes in processes, systems, strategy for business growth to address those needs.
- Manage negotiations with corporate clients, maintain a constant proactive approach to solving all potential issues and an up to date view of contractual obligations and status.
- Ensure effective account management of the most important corporate clients to ensure alignment between the Companys business needs and their commercial activities.
- Act as a point of reference for all departments working with the corporate client to ensure continuity and consistency.
- Identify new business opportunities with corporate client to ensure long term revenue protection and growth.
- Monitor and keep abreast of all changing market situations and continuously adapt the business strategy to meet future challenges and protect revenue.
- Activate actions and initiatives to increase Companys market share and business in cooperation with Partners strategies.
- Identify new strategic business opportunities with corporate client to ensure long term revenue protection and growth.

In addition to his main role, the position holder will also carry out the following actions:
- Plan, organise and coordinate sales calls in potential online and offline points across India.
- Review the sales performance of each corporate and continuously explore options to improve the revenue generation.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend suitable marketing plan in coordination with CM and respective DSMs.
- Develop suitable sales strategies according to business-sales expected from each corporate.
- Analyse market situation and competitors practice.
- Ensure revenue increase and yield improvement.
- Work closely with corporates to resolve problems-complaints.
- Forecast sales and give sales presentations to senior management, corporate houses, as required.
- In coordination with CM’s office and Finance, ensure that funds are received from corporates as per agreed terms.
- Update management with all relevant statistics.
- Carry out any other tasks instructed by management from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in related discipline preferably in Business Studies having 6 years of relevant experience preferably handling airline Sales function. Or Two years college Diploma in a related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree in the related field / discipline will be advantage.
