Opportunity as a Business Head in India

Handling the entire operations at a world-class Carpet Manufacturing Plant in India.

Year 1 – Project Planning & set up
Year 2 – Operations Head
Year 3 – Profitability

Role before Project Commissioning
- Market feasibility study to identify the Business Potential
- Mapping Competition
- Working the finalising Business Model and Business Strategy
- Identify and suggesting the technology/ Technical aspects of the the Plant and machinery and finalising the capacities basis market potential and our vision
- Leading the entire project and setting up for milestones
- Working Closely with projects team for Machine /order finalization
- Driving and execution of the project set up
- Defining the structure of the Team with defining their roles and responsibilities
- Identify the Talent and setting up of Skilled Team

SECOND YEAR - POST PROJECT COMMISSIONING
- Responsible for overall operations of the plant
- To lead the execution of the order while maximizing installed capacity and minimizing production cost. To ensure that the orders meet delivery deadlines and customer specifications.
- Provide inputs for business planning, marketing strategy & ongoing production planning
- Ensure production as per targets and delivery as per schedule
- Drive operations cost management and strict financial control within operations
- Monitor quality of product
- Manage workmen needs and industrial relations environment
- Drive innovation and new product development

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of experience.
- Experience in Carpet manufacturing
- Specialist knowledge: Handling entire operations.
- Hardcore knowledge of the entire operations.
- Nationality Preference: Indian
- Current Location: Anywhere
