Job description / Role
Chennai but it involves travel to Qatar or Saudi based on assignments
- 6-10 years in the field of Contracts Management for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects preferably in water related projects, Contract Administration for EPC projects
- Understanding and Interpretation of Contractual and commercial tender / project conditions and its implications
Requirements
- Change order management
- Preparation of commercial & Contractual conditions summary and comparison with earlier projects
- Work closely with bidding team for commercial and contractual conditions
- Contractual risk identification, monitoring and Mitigation measures
- The candidate should have the experience in working in Middle East region/ Projects.
