Dynatrace Senior Consultant

Job description / Role

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynatrace Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of Dynatrace solutions across diverse client sectors, managing end-to-end projects, providing expert analysis, consultancy, and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Dynatrace implementation projects for various clients across different sectors.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments, understanding their specific requirements, and proposing suitable Dynatrace solutions.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of Dynatrace monitoring systems tailored to client needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing consultancy and recommendations on best practices for monitoring and observability.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, and business leaders, to ensure effective utilization of Dynatrace capabilities.
• Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions using Dynatrace insights.
• Create and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and documentation for clients, showcasing performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Experience as a Dynatrace Consultant or in a similar role.
• Expertise in deploying and configuring Dynatrace in complex environments across various sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple client engagements concurrently.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Dynatrace certifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with other monitoring tools and technologies would be an advantage.
