We have a suitable opportunity in the Professional Products Division for the position of Online Brand Manager – L'Oréal Professionnel for the Professional Products Division. This is an individual contributor role. You should have at least 2-4 years of work experience in marketing, brand and product management background. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will build, activate and implement brand activations across online channels (ECommerce, Social Commerce and Others Digital Mediums).
• Plan and activate new launches across all online touchpoints.
• You will manage online brand imagery and visibility, by creating and adapting content
• You with liaise with relevant ECommerce and Digital managers to activate brand campaigns across online channels.
• Monitor on-platform campaigns campaign performance.
• Co-own the on-platform media management with performance marketing team.

Key Competencies:

• Needs a balanced profile of marketing / brand understanding, with a knack for digital marketing. Incumbent needs to be very strong in one of these and have great desire & intent to upskill in the other if not already a skill. Rigor in execution is expected.
• Prior experience in similar roles in a BPC (Beauty & Personal Care), FMCD (Electronics), New Age Media (OTT) and D2C brand is preferable.

Key Relationships:

• Internal Interactions: Brand, E-commerce, and Digital Teams.
• External interaction with media and digital agencies.
• Reporting into the Marketing Head.
