CH2M HILL - Programme Urban Planning Manager- India
Program Description:
In 2011, CH2M HILL formed a group to steward the development and implementation of urban programs for the enterprise in partnership with the business groups. This is executed by expanding on the sustainable sporting event concept and applying it to build sustainable urban environments that benefit people, local economies, and land use over the long term.
Our market sectors include Global Sports & Events, Commercial & Special Economic Zones, New Cities, and Revitalization of Existing Cities. Our services include program management and strategic planning & consulting (for example, master planning, siting and land planning, economic development, planning and infrastructure development, and optimization planning).
Scope:
CH2M HILL is growing its Program Management and Consulting businesses in the Middle East and India. We are looking for senior program and project management staff to join our infrastructure Programs team; you will have experience of one of the following: utilities, road/highways, rail, airports, ports and marine.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and execution of the new town development and urban Identify specific implementation projects, project packaging and sequencing necessary to meet our programs goals.
Work with implementation team to ensure the planning vision is carried through to execution.
Work with the Finance team to ensure project sequencing is consistent with the funding plan

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 25 years progressive professional international multidisciplinary experience with at least 10 years in urban development covering planning and engineering of USD 1 Billion new urban development and new town projects
In leadership capacity with responsibility for all aspects of urban development planning including land use and infrastructure planning, land formation, engineering design, traffic and environmental assessments, implementation strategy and costing
Bachelor' s degree in Civil Engineering Registered Professional with a recognized professional institute
