Opportunity to lead the sales & marketing function for a mid size organziation

Our client is a Mid - Size Automotive organisation which is in the exports and the trading of Automotive products and cater to markets globally. They have been achieving high growth numbers even in the face of trying economic challenges in the recent time. To sustain its growth and expand to even more markets globally, they are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of over 25 members across sales , sales ops and Marketing
- Managing P&L across current product lines
- Scaling up the business from the current presence in around 20 countries to over 75 countries across, South East Asia, Middle East, LATAM & Africa.
- Launching new product lines within the automotive space.
- Acquiring new customers / products / business opportunities and scaling up existing clients
- Organising and checking commercial offers

Requirements

You should have 20+ years of experience and should come from a Trading/Exports/International sales background, from an automotive industry. Automotive Industry experience is a must so please do not apply if you are not from Auto industry

You should have strong team management experience with excellent ability to motivate and drive team. You should be willing to travel for around 6 months in a year.

You should have strong understanding of financial concepts like (a) net working capital (b) fixed and variable overheads (c) product , market , customer profitability ratios etc... You should be capable of heading a complete P&L and then scale it up. You should have ability to build business around brands
