What you'll be doing
As a SuccessFactors HANA Cloud Platform Integration Consultant, (HCI/CPI) you will design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. You will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes, testing, deployment, and technical architecture.
- Should have 3 - 4 years of experience on SuccessFactors HANA Could Integration tool (HCI/CPI)
- Created custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to On-premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations
- Experience in converting functional design to technical design
- Ability to integrate HR systems with internal and external application
- Define technical landscape architecture for SuccessFactors implementations
- Knowledge of SaaS integration architecture design principles and common HCM integration design
- Programming skills in XML, HTML, CSS, and SQL will be highly advantageous
- Discussions with the Onsite counterparts to understand the functional specification document and finalize the technical solution
- Analyzing the functional specifications and designing the technical solution
- Created custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to On-premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations
- Created Integration Processes from Scratch with exception handling Implemented sequential and parallel multicasting for connecting multiple systems
Requirements:
What you'll need to succeed
- 4- 6 years of work experience on SuccessFactors HCI/CPI and other integration tools
- SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) knowledge and javascript experience will be added in advance
