We have a suitable opportunity for the position of Senior Manager Sales Planner (Modern Trade). This is an individual contributor role where one has to do analysis of market trends, business performance and its levers and make recommendations.

You should have minimum 6 - 8 years in Sales Planning, General Trade Sales or Modern Trade Sales. Applicants with experience in FMCG (either Key Accounts or sales operations) or retailing would be preferred. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:
- You will have to conceptualize and integrate modern trade objectives and priorities in the overall plans and objectives of the Division
- You will have to involve planning for both Channels of Modern Trade - MT Food (Grocery Business) and MT Selective (Makeup Business)

Key Deliverables:
- Business Planning - Involves Key Account Sales Planning and Forecasting
- Business Performance Analysis - Involves Modern Trade Reporting and Analytics
- Business Reviews - Closely monitoring and tracking month on month delivery and highlighting concerns to business Business Reporting - Creating and handling Management Reports and MIS dashboards
- Reciprocal Partnership and Team Building - Planning and executing Brand Alignment meetings with key partners Budget Management - Prioritize and drive a better Return on Investment outlook

Requirements

Key Competencies:
- Modern Trade - Business understanding and ways of working
- Analytical skills to do gap / opportunity analysis (category-wise)
- Social and presentation skills and proficient in excel

Key Relationships:
- Internal: Key Accounts Chains, Marketing, Sales Development, Supply Chain and Regional Sales Team, Operations, Logistics, customer service and control team

Physical Demands:
- Located in Mumbai

Education: MBA
