Cargo Handling Specialist

Job description / Role

LUKOIL Mid-East is currently searching the Iraqi national candidate to occupy Cargo Handling Specialist.

Location: West Qurna-2, Basra, Iraq
Work Schedule: shift, 14/14 days

Job Responsibilities:
- Proper implementation of shipping, issue, receiving activities; Implement the actions to comply with special requirements (if any) specified in the inventory supply contract; Verify and issue Overage, Shortage & Damage reports;
- Utilize SAP and maintain accurate inventory levels by organizing the material in the warehouse and conducting regular inventory counts;
- Coordinate with warehouse employees in order to implement the receiving/issue activities; Participate and oversee the housekeeping at the working place.
- Utilize SAP for registering of the incoming cargo; Coordinate with Requestor Department in order to arrange the joint receiving/verification of the delivered items; Participate and oversee the housekeeping at the working place;
- Arrange the items proper placement at the storage facility in compliance with type of the cargo and special requirements (if any);
- Utilize SAP for registering the requests for issue; Respond to the requests with regards to the issued items; Ensure the issue activities implemented in time with required parties involved; Arrange the items prepared for issue at the storage facility in compliance with type of the cargo and special requirements (if any);
- Ensure the required documentation is in place as per the Operator’s RPD and SAP Purchase order requirements; Implement proper documents arranging during issue of the requests as per the Operator’s RPD;
- Strictly follow up to the Safety and Security Operator’s regulation.

Requirements

- English language - (not less than Intermediate);
- Must have experience for the similar position for the warehouse for no less than 5 years in Oil Industry;
- Education (Bachelor) - Management, Petroleum Engineering, Economic, Commerce, Law, Commodity Research;
