Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Specific duties of the Design Team Manager shall include but not be limited to the following tasks

• Design manager is in charge of design teams. Will oversee the day-to-day operations in the design department. May also hire staff, conduct performance assessments, and order design resources.
• Design manager may work and coordinate with other departments.
• Attending department meetings.
• Delegating and Reviewing team assignments.
• Conducting team training on new business guidelines or design developments.
• Guiding and motivating fellow employees.
• Creating innovative designs, drafts, or presentations.
• Meeting customer expectations.
• Ensuring design quality and that design directives are followed.

Requirements

Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a minimum BSc Degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the Design field.
