Employment: Full Time

Title:
Materials Coordinator
- Main role is to coordinate materials required supply with various disciplines and report status to customer,

Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Ensure spares cataloguing setting based on maintenance and operations needs,
- Evaluate MTO from Engineering and Operations to ensure all information are aligned and captured.
- Familiar with operation material specifications; capable of raising queries to avoid any discrepancies.
- Check materials availability considering all department stocks assessment prior raising any request for Purchasing.
- Investigate and propose material alternative if required one not available
- Prepare material request for job execution and follow up on Material Issue ticket execution,
- Issue direct requisition and report on procurement activities related to specific scope of works
- Coordinative vendor offers technical evaluation with technical people support,
- Follow up on un used material to be returned to stores,
- Support local order deliveries to store, assessing certs availability prior to allow vendor to access supply base

Requirements

Requirements:
- Technical English fluent
- Microsoft package familiar, mainly outlook, excel and words,
- Diploma or degree/ITE in supply chain or logistics desirable,
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in material coordination,
- Previous experience working within Oil & Gas desirable
